Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Investment Analyst to join our team at Robert Walters Spain. As a key member of our Asset Management department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic asset allocation models that optimize group asset allocations and investment capital allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex quantitative models to optimize asset allocation and investment capital allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to enhance the value generation of our activities and services to our clients.
  • Actively liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of asset allocation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Master's or PhD in maths, physics, engineering, econometrics, finance or similar with quantitative focus.
  • 4 or more years of professional experience in quantitative finance or a related field.
  • Strong coding skills in R, Python, VBA and/or other coding languages.
  • Experience in optimising / documenting / organising software and/or software governance frameworks.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, eagerness to learn and to contribute to shape a modern company.
