Senior Manager, CPG Brand Partnerships

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead our CPG Brand Partnerships team in Spain.

This role will drive measurable outcomes for CPG brand advertisers and agencies, leveraging Amazon's innovative ad solutions across sponsored, display, video, and audio formats. As a key member of our rapidly growing advertising organization, you will develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue and product adoption goals within the Spanish CPG market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives, fostering a culture of customer obsession and innovation within the CPG vertical.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at key CPG brands and agencies, acting as a trusted advisor on their marketing strategies.
  • Drive the adoption of Amazon's CTV and Audio ad solutions among CPG clients, with a focus on upper-funnel marketing strategies.

To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of the Spanish CPG market and its advertising landscape, along with extensive experience in digital advertising sales or partnerships, and a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.

A bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with additional European languages being a plus.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
