Job Description

As a Senior Quantitative UX Researcher, you'll play a critical role in driving efforts to transform and improve users' digital experiences, using data and insights to inform product and UX priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead user research efforts to understand user needs and behaviors, generating insights that fuel ideation and evaluate designs.
  • Investigate user behavior and user needs using empirical research methods such as logs analysis, survey research, path modeling, and regression analysis.
  • Define and measure quantitative UX topics, goals, and metrics in collaboration with Experience Designers, Experience Architects, Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product Managers.
  • Work independently to design, execute, and analyze quantitative research studies, including large-scale surveys, experimental design tests, statistical analyses, and report development.
Requirements:
  • Passionate about turning research insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of product research experience in an applied setting.
  • Experience with descriptive, inferential, and multivariate statistics, and experimental design.
