About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a Business Development Representative with Hebrew-English language skills, you will be responsible for creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while working on site in Krakow, Poland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and uncover sales opportunities for our technology clients' customers.
  • Cultivate existing customer relationships while establishing and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to identify and solve business technology needs in a cloud-based environment.
  • Report to the Operations Sales Manager and contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team.
Requirements
  • Experience prospecting, developing accounts, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Develop partnership and communicate with high-level decision makers to assess needs.
  • Some understanding of cloud-based software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
  • 1+ years demonstrated sales experience.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and comfortable working to resolve issues before escalating to the next level.
  • Reside in or able to relocate to the Krakow area.
What We Offer
  • Base Salary of 11000 PLN (~2350 EUR) gross, plus 3 paid Sundays PLN gross Sunday allowance per month, plus quarterly performance-based commission.
