In this role, you will be working collaboratively with customers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilled and professional manner.

You will be responsible for developing a sound understanding of our client's products and services, as well as becoming an expert on all things New Balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working collaboratively with customers to answer product information requests and resolve queries
  • Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client
  • Becoming an expert on all things New Balance
  • Embracing our company values and acting as a brand ambassador
Requirements
  • Fluent level of French and Italian with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
  • High level of English (both written and spoken)
  • Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving
Benefits
  • Estimated salary: €13,538.46 gross per year
  • Temporary contract with 1-month probation period
  • Part-time position (30 hours/week)
  • Hybrid work arrangement with 4 days per month at the office and training purposes
