Job Title: Strategic Planning Director

Empresa reconocida is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Planning Director to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and transformation through strategic planning and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth and transformation.
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to integrate strategic initiatives and facilitate communication between teams.
  • Impact Assessment: Analyze the impact of transformation initiatives on business performance and implement metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and effectiveness.
  • Business Process Owner: Own and manage all manufacturing planning processes, including forecasting of primary and secondary demands in the short/medium/long term.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Demand Planning Manager in a factory environment focusing on business transformation.
  • Key Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and proficiency in project management tools and software.
