**Job Summary**

Importante Empresa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our company's strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Gather and analyze market research, competitors, and industry trends to develop and implement strategic plans for accelerated profitable growth and customer retention/advocacy.
  • Manage the strategic planning cycle and the processes for delivery of the plan to ensure total alignment at regional and country levels.
  • Support evaluation of acquisition, joint venture, and divestment opportunities within Importante Empresa to accelerate growth, working actively with executive teams, corporate development, and group strategy.
  • Align and coordinate Importante Empresa strategy with group/business unit strategy.
  • Offer strategic analysis, competitive intelligence, and scenario thinking/modelling to drive strategic action.
