Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to integrate strategic initiatives and facilitate communication between teams.
- Impact Assessment: Analyze the impact of transformation initiatives on business performance and implement metrics to monitor progress.

Requirements:
