Strategic Planning Director

At Puig, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Director to support the development of our B&F Division Strategy and 3Y Financial Plan. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in monitoring the execution of our strategy and liaising with business stakeholders to ensure ongoing adjustments to respond to changing environments and emerging priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate environmental analysis with Market & Consumer Intelligence teams to provide top management with insights on beauty industry trends, growth opportunities, and risks.
  • Support the Strategic Planning and Analytics VP in coordinating the development of new strategic plans, liaising with top management and external consultants as needed.
  • Coordinate with brands, markets, and support functions to develop strategic plan initiatives and review their progress.
  • Translate division strategy into a long-term ambition and rolling 3Y business plan, providing different scenarios for review and revision on a yearly basis.
  • Fulfill "One Group" requirements regarding 3Y business plans, raising recommendations on risk adjustment levels for different scenarios.
  • Support the President of the B&F Division in communicating strategy and business plans to stakeholders.
  • Establish a program office to monitor the actual evolution of strategic plans and long-term vision assumptions, as well as progress on initiatives and capability development.
  • Review the Strategic Planning Integrated Principles calendar annually and set critical milestones.
  • Drive the execution of strategic planning integrated principles, collecting inputs for process steps and facilitating BMC dialogue.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience, ideally in different functions, bringing a company-wide perspective.
  • CSM certificate earned as part of job training; previous experience working on Agile projects preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • English/Spanish (French valued as a plus).
  • Strong people and process management skills, with experience driving culture and behavior change at a large and complex organization.
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office programs and project management tools.
