Job Title: Strategic Planning Director

About the Role:
The Strategic Planning Director will be responsible for supporting the development of the B&F Division Strategy and the 3Y Financial Plan. This involves monitoring the execution of the Strategy and liaising with Business Stakeholders to adjust the Strategy in response to environmental changes and emerging priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate environmental analysis with Market & Consumer Intelligence teams to help Top Management understand Beauty Industry trends, growth pools, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the Strategic Planning and Analytics VP in coordinating the development of a new Strategic Plan, liaising with Top Management of the B&F Division and potentially with external consultants.
• Coordinate with Brands, Markets, and Support functions to develop Strategic Plan initiatives and review their progress with the B&F COMEX.
• Translate the division's strategy into a long-term ambition and a Rolling 3Y Business Plan, providing different scenarios revised on a yearly basis.
• Fulfil the 'One Group' requirements regarding 3Y Business Plans, raising recommendations on risk adjustment levels for different scenarios.
• Support the President of the B&F Division in communicating the strategy and business plans.
• Set up a Program Office to monitor the actual evolution of the Strategic Plan and Long-Term Vision Assumptions, and the progress on different initiatives and capability development.
• Review the Strategic Planning Integrated Principles calendar on a yearly basis and fix critical milestones.
• Set the pace for the execution of the Strategic Planning Integrated Principles, helping collect inputs for each process step.
• Support the BMC's dialogue, facilitating their interaction and key decision-making according to the Dates & Gates principles.
• Continuous improvement of the process, adjusting interactions, calendar, inputs, and outputs according to key stakeholders' actual needs and process evolution.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience, ideally in different functions, bringing a company-wide perspective.
• CSM certificate earned as part of job training; previous experience working on Agile projects preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Languages: English/Spanish (French valued as a plus).
• Competencies: Strong people and process manager with experience driving culture and behaviour change at a large and complex organisation, able to interface with Top Management and work against stretched time deadlines and under pressure.
