About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for designing and implementing contract management solutions in accordance with CTS' architectural standards, performance, quality, and security principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new technologies and opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop and sustain standardized contract management processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development, execution, and operations of contract management solutions.
  • Ensure that dedicated project work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Champion the need for standardization and cost-effective delivery through the establishment of standardized design and development processes.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant internal and external security and compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • University-level degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Strong functional subject matter expertise in commercial contracting processes with transactional customers across the entire contract lifecycle in the pharmaceutical industry, including:
  • Defining and developing contract architectures.
  • Defining contract and claims types, including claims maintenance, disputes, and deduction management processes.
