Senior Building Management System Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Support and mentor BMS Specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for maintaining, improving, and expanding our global support services.
- Design, implement, and manage advanced BMS Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, specifications, and processes.
- Maintain and optimize BMS technologies, IoT platforms, and data analytics.
- Monitor and maintain ticket/work order processes and queues, ensuring customer care and quality meet the high bar.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management on BMS trends, improvements, issues, team skillsets, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful execution of BMS initiatives.
