Senior Building Management System Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Building Management System (BMS) Specialist to lead and mentor a newly established team. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong technical foundation in BMS programming, coupled with exceptional leadership skills and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support, mentor, and inspire fellow BMS Specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for maintaining, improving, and expanding our global support services.
  • Design, implement, and manage advanced BMS Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, specifications, and processes.
  • Maintain and optimize BMS technologies, IoT platforms, and data analytics.
  • Monitor and maintain ticket/work order processes and queues, ensuring customer care and quality meet the high bar.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management on BMS trends, improvements, issues, team skillsets, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
