Senior Building Management System Specialist

Amazon Operations is seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Building Management System (BMS) Specialist to support the recruitment, lead and mentor a newly established team. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong technical foundation in BMS programming, coupled with exceptional leadership skills and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support, mentor, and inspire fellow BMS Specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for maintaining, improving, and expanding our global support services.
  • Design, implement and manage advanced BMS Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, specifications and processes which are scalable across the globe.
  • Maintain and optimize BMS technologies, IoT platforms, and data analytics of the BMS.
  • Monitor and maintain ticket/work order processes and queues while ensuring customer care and quality meet the high bar.
  • Monitor and analyze BMS data to proactively identify and action opportunities for optimization, energy efficiency, and cost savings.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring a customer-centric approach.

As a Senior BMS Specialist, you will be part of the Amazon Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team, working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and optimize technologies in the Global Amazon Warehouse & Delivery Network.
