Job Title: HSE Coordinator

Vestas is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Coordinator to join our team in the EU/UK region. As an HSE Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all activities related to HSE services, including training, audits, inspections, and documentation.
  • Work closely with internal departments, external HSE authorities, and service project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize hazards.
  • Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HSE coordination, preferably in the wind energy or construction industry.
  • Knowledge of UK legislation and regulations related to HSE.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
