Job Summary:

Nordex Group is seeking a highly skilled HSE Coordinator to promote a culture of safety and sustainability across all Blades HSE plants worldwide. The successful candidate will develop and implement action plans to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE action plans to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
  • Support new industrialization projects and developments, ensuring HSE requirements are met.
  • Create and update specific HSE documents and follow up on implementation.
  • Handle HSE projects within Blades unit, defining, transforming, standardizing, and optimizing HSE requirements and strategies.
  • Lead data collection methods in Blades regarding HSE parameters and reports.
  • Assess and approve Hazardous Materials and lead plans to eliminate products from the HazMats Black list.
  • Maintain the HSE Management System.

HSE Country Support:

  • Support Nordex Blades HSE local teams in implementing HSE requirements and activities.
  • Follow up on the implementation of HSE activities in each Nordex Blades plant.
  • Be the HSE focal point of contact for third parties (Blades suppliers) and participate in meetings to discuss progressions and issues related to HSE.
  • Support international Blades third parties in HSE-relevant topics for the manufacturing of Nordex Blades (e.g., safety of machinery, HSE agreement).
  • Supervise, control, and audit Nordex Blades plants and international third parties to ensure they comply with local HSE requirements and Nordex HSE policy.

Requirements:

  • University degree (Engineering or similar technical degree) with Health and Safety Advisor Training.
  • High English Level.
  • Desirable at least 2 years of experience in the role of Health, Safety, and Environment specialist.
  • Experienced in using business systems and competence in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
