Key responsibilities include providing technical support, leading project teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Salesforce.com implementations, a high level of English proficiency, and expertise in agile methodologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to sales and functional teams in assigned accounts
  • Lead project teams and ensure the smooth execution of projects
  • Ensure compliance with software quality standards
  • Supervise effort estimations and collaborate in project demos

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce.com implementations
  • Experience in Salesforce.com projects and modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
  • High level of English proficiency
