Job Description:We are looking for a Technical Lead to support our sales and functional teams in assigned accounts when technical knowledge of the solution is required.
- Provide solution design, estimation, and assumptions to ensure successful project implementation.
- Collaborate with Project Managers/Delivery Managers to provide comprehensive technical leadership and identify the best solutions to meet project demands.
- Support the PM/DM in technical leadership on projects, bringing technical expertise to drive success.
- Detect and notify risks in technical project management to ensure client profitability.
- E nsure smooth project progress in terms of Scope, Schedule, and Costs, anticipating deviations and alerting Project Managers/Delivery Managers.
- Ensure compliance with agreed software quality standards with Omega's Technical Management.
To be successful as a Technical Lead at Omega CRM, you will need:
- 3+ years' experience participating in the full lifecycle of Salesforce.com implementations.
- Experience in Salesforce.com projects and different modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
- High level of English language proficiency.

The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
