Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team at Omega CRM. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership on Salesforce projects, ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to sales and functional teams on assigned accounts
  • Support Project Managers/ Delivery Managers in technical leadership on projects
  • Detect and notify risks in technical project management
  • Ensure smooth project progress in terms of Scope, Schedule, and Costs
  • Ensure compliance with software quality standards
  • Supervise effort estimations of development and support teams
  • Collaborate in project demos for clients
  • Ensure final delivery of technical documentation
  • Participate in development and training of technical team
  • Identify technical Up & Cross Selling opportunities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years participating in full lifecycle of Salesforce.com implementations
  • Experience in Salesforce.com projects
  • Experience in different modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • High level of English
