Lead Client Relations Manager at The Bicester Collection
The Lead Client Relations Manager role at The Bicester Collection is centered around orchestrating and implementing the Private Client strategy with an emphasis on affluent clientele. Success in this position requires you to exemplify the traits of a brand representative and a strategic planner, driving substantial spending among high-net-worth individuals to consistently achieve foot traffic, revenue, and expenditure objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and cultivate connections with affluent guests, promoting a Clienteling approach within the team
- Formulate strategies for the Personal Shopper service and suites, working together on the acquisition of a premium client database
- Partner with Hospitality on the Village Referral initiative, in addition to organizing and executing events to draw in new clientele
- Engage with external partners targeting high-net-worth individuals for Private Client Services
- Identify new revenue streams and collaborate across various departments
