Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Delivery Lead to join our team at Syneos Health. As a key member of our Site Start-Up team, you will be responsible for collaborating with functional area leads to identify and evaluate fundamental issues related to site start-up, project regulatory pathways, and successful patient enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with major functional area leads to identify and evaluate fundamental issues related to site start-up, project regulatory pathways, and successful patient enrollment.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet internal and customer expectations as per contracted deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers in alignment with their assigned projects.
  • Contribute to change initiatives across and within the SSU department.
