Project Management Team Lead

The Project Management team is responsible for delivering high-quality projects to clients, ensuring timely and predictable revenue recognition and excellent client experience. This team works closely with sales divisions to develop and support viable plans for delivering connectivity solutions to Enterprise customers.

The Senior Lead Project Manager will demonstrate GTT's employee values and be a focal point for activities with sales colleagues, responsible for delivering company values in alignment with the points above.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure commitments made during the sales engagement process are delivered by the EU and US Service Delivery and wider teams.
  • Work closely with the Project Management team, Service Delivery Teams, Pre-Sales Support team, regional Sales Teams, and regional Operational teams to ensure client experience is aligned and delivery resources are deployed in alignment with promises made to the client.
  • Deliver complex projects to high levels of client satisfaction and financial acumen expected of GTT delivery teams.
  • Oversee the quality and client satisfaction of complex projects assigned to other project managers, ensuring relevant documentation, risk management, and planning are applied.
  • Assure compliance with Quality Gates Principles as per the GTT PM Methodology.
  • Manage a virtual team of project managers assigned to support the Senior Lead Project Manager on these responsibilities.
  • Provide weekly RAG status of complex projects in Europe and stakeholder management on a tactical level within GTT and with customers and suppliers.
