As a Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, driving business growth, and transforming people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and a productive work environment.
  • Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient use of skills and resources.
  • Provide regular feedback and support to team members, promoting professional growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and manage changes.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies.
  • Implement and monitor quality control processes for successful project delivery.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize resource utilization and streamline project delivery.
  • Manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Manage all projects via Jira, ensuring efficient tracking, reporting, and project management.
  • Supervise the operational aspects of the project as required.
  • Ensure seamless integration and effective use of Jira across all team members.
  • Facilitate Jira training and support for team members to enhance proficiency.
  • Adapt and refine agile methodologies to suit the projects requirements and team dynamics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Jira.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification preferred.
  • Expertise in Jira with a proven track record of managing projects using the tool.
  • Agile certification and extensive experience with agile methodologies are essential.
