Job Description:

As a Customer Service Agent at Bosch Group, you will play a crucial role in managing customer inquiries and providing support to government agencies and BCS workshops. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Government Contract Management: Handling communication with government authorities for vehicle repairs at BCS workshops.
  • Managing government emails and prioritizing repair requests with workshop calls.
  • Ensuring timely and efficient resolution of government-related service requests
  • Support for BOSCH BCS Workshops.
  • Connecting with Bosch Car Service Global and managing social media platforms for workshops.
  • Updating workshop addresses and providing administrative support as needed.
  • Global Service Support: Handling technical tickets for global service and making necessary changes to BOSCH group websites.
  • Managing SAP service for workshops and ensuring seamless order processing and service delivery.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with government agencies, workshops, and global teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and customer needs.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.
