About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our EMEA legal team as an administrative assistant. In this role, you will provide support to our legal counsel in various administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our contractual database, Legisway
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as tracking documents, interacting with notaries, and uploading contracts into our system
  • Draft simple documents, such as letters and amendments, under the close supervision of our legal counsel
  • Organize and maintain accurate filing and archiving based on the needs of our legal counsel
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team members

Requirements

  • Matura or equivalent qualification
  • Law student (ideally)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English; German, Spanish, or French is a plus
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in different languages, with fluent English mandatory

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
