Quality Control at Nutreco:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Coordinator to join our team at Nutreco. As a Quality Control Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control of Incoming Raw Materials: Ensure the quality of incoming raw materials and ingredients by conducting physical inspections, checking labels and documentation, and managing samples for analysis.
- Quality Control throughout the Production Process: Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and procedures throughout the production process, including the interpretation and implementation of quality assurance standards.
- Quality Control of Finished Products: Conduct quality control checks on finished products, including collection, inspection, and storage of samples, and manage the registration and handling of samples for analysis.
- Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Monitor quality KPIs, gather and analyze statistical quality data, and recommend new quality policies or procedures to ensure high-quality products and processes.
- Quality Systems and Certificates: Carry out routine audits to support production and maintain governance to internal, ISO, and customer standards, and participate in internal and external audits.
- Complaints and Faults Handling: Investigate and analyze customer complaints, in-process production faults, and other non-compliance issues, and report the results for resolution by relevant departments.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
