Quality Assurance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team at Trouw Nutrition. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Control of Incoming Raw Materials and Ingredients:
- Conduct thorough inspections of all incoming raw materials and ingredients to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Verify documentation and sample management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement effective sample storage and management procedures to ensure accurate analysis and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant procedures and standards throughout the production process, including ISO, UFAS, and QS guidelines.
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards to ensure products meet required quality standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of all finished product samples, including collection, inspection, and storage.
- Manage storage, registration, and handling of samples for analysis.
- Process Finished Goods specifications into relevant systems to ensure compliance with both Nutreco and customer expectations.
- Monitor and analyze quality KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend new quality policies or procedures to ensure high-quality products, processes, or services.
- Investigate problems in an effective and timely manner, suggesting corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct routine audits to support production and maintain governance to internal, ISO, and customer standards.
- Participate in internal and external audits and contribute to post-audit actions.
- Perform daily/weekly plant-specific hygiene, pest control, and other controls/audits.
- Verify Quality and Production documentation.
- Investigate and analyze customer complaints, in-process production faults, and other non-compliance issues, reporting results for resolution by relevant departments.
