Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Assistant to join our team at Trouw Nutrition. As a Laboratory Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our test results.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Control and Testing: Receive and process product samples, perform dosing and standard analysis (moisture content, composition, protein content, etc.) in accordance with established rules and procedures.
• Documentation and Reporting: Document test results and report defects and problems to internal stakeholders.
• Sample Storage: Store samples according to procedure.
• Reporting and Quality Assurance: Register analysis results accurately and timely in relevant quality or reporting systems to provide insight and access to test results and measurements.
• Maintenance and Equipment Management: Perform first-line maintenance and cleaning of equipment and instruments to prevent disruptions in testing processes and ensure continuous quality and reliability of test results.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a laboratory setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
