Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to lead our Auth & Internal API Team, responsible for designing, developing, and operating critical features that add customer value to our platform. As a Team Lead, you will be part of our Engineering team, working closely with Product Management, Architecture, and Staff Engineers to drive the design and execution of our roadmap.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop real-time, cloud-based, and scalable architecture for our platform, leveraging AWS and Typescript.
- Lead the Auth & Internal API Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality features and services that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, balancing goals between technology and product.
- Mentor and coach engineers in technical and non-technical growth and learning, setting goals and monitoring performance.
- Ensure agile ceremonies and involve relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Coordinate with Engineering Leadership to roll out engineering initiatives and drive cross-team work.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, including a minimum of 3 years in similar team lead positions.
- Solid experience in building and operating real-time, cloud-based, and scalable architecture (preferably AWS).
- Experience defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility trade-offs.
- A track record of successfully leading, delivering, and evolving large technical projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, ownership, and people management skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
