Job Title: Client Partner

As a Client Partner at BT, you will play a critical role in leading the development and execution of a strategic sales team and customer account strategy within the Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define account strategy and objectives, coordinating with the Global Banking & Financial Services Vertical and Global goals and standards.
  • Accountable for performance and attainment of Profit & Revenue budgets and Sales Growth for the client.
  • Lead the customer relationships across multiple regions, grow senior executive engagement with BT, and deliver End to End customer satisfaction measured through the "Net Promotor Score".
  • Maintain existing base and growth into new segments.
Requirements:
  • Extremely credible at CxO levels with a good understanding of the financial services market.
  • Strong leadership and strategic direction skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and manage key sales opportunities to drive growth in revenue & Ebit across the globe.
