About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team at HelloPrint. As a key member of our Traffic Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks and maintaining high standards of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage delayed orders, communicating with suppliers and customers to resolve issues
  • Enter orders manually and fix mistakes for suppliers who do not use our automated systems
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to maintain high standards
  • Assist customer service teams with inquiries about order statuses, delivery concerns, and order-related issues
  • Handle returned orders and resolve logistic problems to ensure smooth operations
  • Arrange for carriers to pick up orders manually from producers
  • Manage complaints from suppliers and carriers, helping to resolve and approve them
  • Collaborate with the team to improve systems and processes with suppliers to prevent future delays and complaints
Requirements
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
  • Full-time availability, including early hours
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to come up with innovative solutions
  • Stress resilience, with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
