Key Responsibilities:- Purchasing and Supply Chain Management Process Improvements:
- Enhance existing processes related to purchasing and supply chain management in the EMEA region.
- Implement digital solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Planning Tools Development:
- Create planning tools that cover different time horizons (short-term, medium-term, and long-term) for efficient supply chain management in EMEA.
- Utilize data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), analytics, and reporting techniques to identify best practices and cost-saving opportunities.
- Supply Chain Risk Management:
- Develop analytics solutions to assess and manage supply chain risks specific to the EMEA region.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge in industrial engineering, computer science, or supply chain management (SCM) and operations management.
- 0-3 years' experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and/or supply chain management (SCM).
- Familiarity with databases (such as SQL), Power BI, and Excel.
- Consider recommending knowledge of programming languages like Python, R, or AI tools.
- Exposure to manufacturing and operations will be valuable.
- Teamwork skills are essential for collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English.
