Supply Chain Manager

W Executive España is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage all supply chain operations. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the procurement of materials, effective inventory management, and optimization of logistics flows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and efficient procurement of all necessary materials.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve cost-effective procurement.
  • Oversee management of raw material and finished product inventories.
  • Implement and monitor inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Analyze inventory data to forecast future needs and prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure smooth operation of logistics to support production and distribution.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to optimize transportation and delivery schedules.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Lead and manage production planning, procurement, logistics, and warehouse departments.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Provide training, development, and performance management for team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics. A Master's degree is valuable.
  • Proven experience in a supply chain management role, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
  • SAP ERP experience.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • English (C1).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
