Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Edwards Lifesciences. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for managing the EMEA THV product portfolio, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing expired products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to achieve target levels and minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Sales, and Supply Chain Analysts, to ensure seamless execution of sales and operation planning processes.
  • Generate monthly net demand forecasts in alignment with sales forecasts and marketing plans, supported by adequate documentation.
  • Prepare and participate in quarterly budget cycles, including demand, inventory, and freight planning.
  • Provide regular analysis and reporting on backorders, service levels, inventory value, and consignment levels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, business administration, or engineering.
  • 5 years of experience in purchasing and/or production control, preferably in a medical device and/or regulated industry.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in data analysis using MS Excel and possibly QlikView.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
