Job Summary

Teleperformance Spain, a leading customer experience management company, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with French to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and services, and communicate this knowledge to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Utilize various resources to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers, and develop effective sales plans to achieve these goals.
  • Analyze customer feedback and use this information to improve our products and services.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Native French speaker with advanced level of English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
