About the Role

Galderma Services Spain is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global brand strategy and innovation efforts for Restylane Fillers. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that drives business growth and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global brand strategy that aligns with our company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Lead the development of innovation projects that drive business growth and market leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute global integrated campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Own brand financial and in-market performance, and drive corrective actions to outperform targets.
  • Collaborate with key markets to develop global solutions that meet local needs and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Business and/or scientific education with a strong focus on marketing and innovation.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in executing tactics in digital ecosystems.
  • Effective experience in marketing and commercial functions, ideally in aesthetics, skincare, or beauty brands.
  • Strong strategic thinking, ability to influence and drive alignment, and engage stakeholders across functions and locations.
  • Successful track record in driving connectivity with consumers in digital touchpoints.
