About the Role

This leadership position sits within the marketing team of Galderma Global Aesthetics unit, reporting to the Global Head of Fillers. The successful candidate will work closely with markets, agencies, internal and external functions, and stakeholders to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop the global long-term brand strategy, aligning with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Lead the development of innovation projects, collaborating with cross-functional project teams to drive business cases and ensure successful implementation.
  • Drive brand consistency globally, with a focus on key markets such as the US, China, Brazil, Thailand, and EU.
  • Own brand financial and in-market performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to meet targets.
  • Collaborate with key markets to develop global solutions that can be implemented at a local level.
  • Support congress activities from a marketing perspective, including booth design, messaging, and symposia.
  • Coordinate marketing advisory board meetings with Medical Affairs and support global KOL development.
Requirements
  • Business and/or scientific education with a strong focus on marketing and innovation.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in executing tactics, especially in digital ecosystems.
  • Effective experience in marketing and commercial functions, ideally in aesthetics, skincare, or beauty brands.
  • Strong strategic thinking, ability to influence and drive alignment, and engage stakeholders across functions and locations.
  • Successful track record in driving connectivity with consumers in digital touchpoints, ideally with experience in B2B and B2B2C.
