Overview

This pivotal role is situated within the marketing division of Galderma's Global Aesthetics unit. It is a senior leadership position that encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, reporting directly to the Global Head of Fillers and collaborating closely with various markets, agencies, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate the long-term global brand strategy, spearheading the development of innovative projects, and executing brand and marketing initiatives for healthcare professionals and consumers that align with Galderma's global aesthetics value proposition.
  • Ensure brand consistency on a global scale, with a particular focus on key markets such as the US, China, Brazil, Thailand, and the EU.
  • Lead innovation initiatives in partnership with cross-functional project teams, crafting robust business cases in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creation of comprehensive global campaigns alongside our agency partners, ensuring coverage across all relevant digital and offline channels.
  • Manage brand financials and in-market performance, implementing corrective measures as necessary to exceed performance targets.
  • Work closely with key markets to devise global solutions that can be effectively executed at the local level.
  • Support marketing efforts at congress events, including booth design, messaging, and symposium organization.
  • Coordinate marketing advisory board meetings in collaboration with Medical Affairs and assist in the development of global Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Skills & Qualifications

  • A background in business and/or science with a strong emphasis on marketing and innovation.
  • A keen commercial acumen with a proven ability to execute strategies, particularly within digital ecosystems, achieving success at local levels.
  • Significant experience in marketing and commercial roles, ideally within the aesthetics, skincare, or beauty sectors, with a demonstrated track record in both global and local capacities and P&L management.
  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to influence, align, and engage stakeholders across various functions and locations.
  • A successful history of fostering connectivity with consumers through digital touchpoints, with experience in both B2B and B2B2C environments being advantageous.
  • A collaborative team player, capable of working effectively with diverse cultures and profiles across global, regional, and local contexts.
