About the Role

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our European Inside Sales organisation, as well as other leaders across EMEA and the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Provide HR guidance and support to senior leaders and managers
  • Collaborate with HR teams across EMEA and the US to drive HR initiatives
  • Manage HR projects and initiatives, including employment, compensation, benefits, and equal employment opportunity
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws across EMEA and the US
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
