Technical Support Specialist - French, Dutch, or German

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients in French, Dutch, or German.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle first-line technical support requests via phone, email, and tickets
  • Assist new customers with technical setup of their accounts
  • Troubleshoot and investigate technical issues
  • Ensure continuity of merchant business by responding quickly and correctly
  • Provide additional product information
  • Maintain a strong customer relationship

Requirements:

  • Native-level proficiency in French, Dutch, or German language (both spoken and written)
  • Good knowledge of English language to effectively communicate with colleagues and handle customer interactions
  • 1-2 years of work experience in technical support/customer service in a technical environment
  • Tech-savvy: familiar with HTML, SQL, logs, Java, web design, coding, programming, etc.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with different software applications
