About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Director for Gaming to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our gaming products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our business objectives and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with our business objectives and growth goals.
  • Lead product development, define product vision, own product roadmaps, and manage timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with game development teams to ensure that product features are delivered on time and with high quality.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and ensure our games remain competitive and relevant.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing and community teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional plans that maximize player engagement and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in game development and publishing.
  • Mentor and develop product managers.
  • Manage the relationship with the development studios to ensure a high level of effectiveness and productivity.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully leading product initiatives in the gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including game development, publishing, and player engagement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
