Estamos buscando un/a Chef de Cocina para uno de nuestros restaurantes en Barcelona.

¿Qué ofrecemos?
  • Contrato de 40 horas semanales.
  • Dos días de descans por semana.
  • Obligación de descansar los días festivos.
  • Descomptes especiales en nuestros restaurantes y actividades.

Funciones del puesto:
  1. Planificar la programación horaria y vacaciones del personal.
  2. Controlar la uniformidad del personal de cocina.
  3. Formar a posible personal nuevo.
  4. Assegurar el cumplimiento de los protocolos establecidos por la dirección.
  5. Revisar la producción y anotar posibles incidencias.
  6. Revisar y aceptar nuevos platos y menús.
  7. Fer comandes a proveïdor i central.
  8. Planificar la producción.
  9. Controlar los stocks y las mermas.
  10. Decidir plats recomanats setmanals.
  11. Tenir fitxes de producció de l'oferta gastronòmica actualitzada.
  12. Supervisar el pla de neteja.
  13. Control del pla d'aprovisionament.
  14. Control sobre la infraestructura i el manteniment de la cuina.
  15. Responsabilitat total sobre la qualitat gastronòmica de totes les elaboracions.
Requisitos:
  • Experiència de 2 anys en tasques similars.
  • TÍTOL FP DE GRAU MIG.
  • Espanyol (parlat superior, escrit superior).
  • Català (parlat superior, escrit superior).
  • Contracte laboral indefinit.
  • Jornada completa.
