About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced YouTube MCN Account Manager to join our Social Video Growth Team at Red Points. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing YouTube videos, improving our presence on the platform, and identifying and detecting videos, particularly soccer-related content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Optimization: Find and claim content on the platform, and optimize YouTube videos using knowledge of channel structure, SEO, tags, keywords, end cards, and other optimization techniques.
  • Content Management: Coordinate monthly recurrent executions through a calendar with the Operations Manager and execute it.
  • Integration and Development: Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, proceed with the integration of our CRM.
  • Market Research: Keep an eye on YouTube's ecosystem to catch potential clients and become the quintessential Sports Network.
  • Content Creation: Link with the Business Development and Content team to propose new content ideas corresponding to sponsorship opportunities.
  • Customer Communication: Active communication with customers, both via email and calls.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of working experience in a similar role (business development manager, sales executive, account manager, etc.), doing both sales and operations cycle from generating the opportunity to closing the deal.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience working for SaaS, Digital or tech/software industry with a solution selling approach.
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience with Adobe (Photoshop) and knowledge of Sports and TV right holders, specially focus on LATAM landscape.
  • Language Skills: Fluent/ Native English level.
  • Sales and Operations Track Record: Proven sales/YT ops track record.
  • Communication Skills: Proven experience conducting meetings through video-conference tools and also for Face to Face meeting and presentations with C-level/VP executives.
  • Education: Degree and +6 month experience in AV Comm.

Nice to Have

  • Background and/or Knowledge: Background and/or knowledge of Intellectual Property and sport rights.
  • CRM Knowledge: Knowledge of SalesForce CRM.
  • Additional Language Skills: Any other language is a plus.
