Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Community and Social Development Lead - Crypto to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a loyal community around our client's DeFi lending protocol.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Development: Design and manage community and social campaigns to grow our client's community through digital activations, such as quests, KOLs, contests, and more.
  • Community Engagement: Drive conversions by engaging the community using online channels and campaigns, and coordinate and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners and their communities.
  • Community Management: Monitor, analyze, and implement tactics/lessons from other high-functioning, effective communities, and engage, empower, and support our client's community.
  • Content Creation: Implement regular, structured community updates on the latest developments in our client's ecosystem, and create compelling narratives that capture people's attention.
  • Analytics and Insights: Use analytics, feedback, and insights to improve content strategies and contribute to our client's overall events strategy.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in community management or social media/content marketing, and 1+ years in crypto, preferably in DeFi.
  • Skills: Proven experience in building and empowering a community, and experience writing clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Location: Based in Europe.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of third-party crypto marketing platforms (Quests, Attribution, etc.).
