Drive Business Growth
We are seeking a skilled Business Developer to join our team at Fmit Group in Málaga city-center office. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to expand our customer base.
Compensation Package
The successful candidate can expect a competitive €40,000 - €60,000 per year salary, depending on experience, as well as a monthly home office allowance and setup budget for their comfort.
About the Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that involves both strategic planning and hands-on activities to achieve revenue and partnership goals. You will identify and engage ideal customer profiles through targeted outreach, leveraging various channels including networking events, cold calling, and online research.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our products or services.
- Develop rapport and trust with potential customers, fostering relationships that can lead to successful business conversions.
- Nurture qualified leads and move them through the business pipeline, collaborating closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align on strategies and provide a cohesive customer experience.
- Gather insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B technology sales.
- Experience in sales development and relationship management.
- Strong attention to detail, precision, and quality.
- A self-motivated and independent work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in exceeding business goals in the technology industry.
- Experience sourcing leads and generating business pipelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to interact with external customers.
