- Collaborate with the development team to implement and automate trading algorithms, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage risk exposure across various DeFi positions, maintaining a balance between returns and safety.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to the management team, ensuring informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 4 years of experience in quantitative trading, preferably with exposure to cryptocurrency markets.
- Strong programming skills, preferably in Python, R, or Solidity.
- In-depth understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Estimated Salary: $300K - $500K+
