Job Description
Your role involves making outbound calls to customers who have contracted household appliance insurance. You will also have the opportunity to offer renewal services and sell additional insurance policies. In addition, you will handle client portfolios using our software and provide information on legal guarantees, consumption, and conditions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you should have fluent Portuguese language skills and at least one year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service campaigns with sales, preferably in outbound calls. We are looking for results-oriented profiles with dynamic and persevering personalities. Strong communication and empathy skills are essential, as well as the ability to adapt to working under objectives.
