Job Summary

Worldstrides is seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Management Specialist to join our team. As a Program Management Specialist, you will be responsible for converting and retaining students who apply for programs in their designated portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employ best practices to advise and direct students from program application to departure.
  • Pull and review metrics, acceptance time, and withdrawal information per program location.
  • Maintain frequent contact with students, parents, and university contacts to provide excellent customer service.
  • Determine eligibility of student applications at assigned locations, reviewing application materials.
  • Expertly advise on all aspects of the program, including city, academics, housing, visas, budgeting, and more.
  • Review course pre-registration forms, oversee placement exams, and maintain course spreadsheets.
  • Manage content for the online orientation per program location.
  • Assist in the visa service efforts, applying for student visas on behalf of students.
  • Prepare Arrival Guides before student departure.
  • Review and summarize all program evaluations and work with Regional Manager and Geographic Oversight on potential follow-up and courses of action.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to communication with parents, students, and advisors, handling on-site incident reports.
  • Serve as an on-call staff member for one week approximately once every year.
  • Be willing to take on new responsibilities, program locations, and projects as deemed necessary by Worldstrides management to align with evolving enrollment.
  • Optional domestic travel to assist in recruitment and orientation efforts on US university campuses.
