The Program Manager's primary responsibility is to drive student conversion and retention in their designated program portfolio. This is achieved by providing exceptional support to enrolled participants with program-related inquiries, application procedures, and other tasks, treating every student with a personalized approach as they prepare to study abroad.

Our Program Management team is dedicated to the life-changing capacity of studying abroad and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Employ best practices to advise and direct students from program application to departure, ensuring a seamless experience.
  2. Pull and review metrics, acceptance rates, and withdrawal information per program location to inform data-driven decisions.
  3. Maintain frequent communication with students, providing timely and effective support to meet their needs.
  4. Determine eligibility of student applications at assigned locations, reviewing application materials to ensure compliance.
  5. Expertly advise on all aspects of the program, including city, academics, housing, visas, budgeting, and other relevant details.
  6. Review course pre-registration forms, oversee placement exams, and maintain accurate course spreadsheets.
  7. Manage content for the online orientation per program location(s), ensuring a high-quality experience for students.
  8. Assist in the visa service efforts (applying for student visas on behalf of students) to facilitate a smooth transition.
  9. Prepare Arrival Guides (final packets) before student departure, ensuring all necessary information is included.
  10. Review and summarize all program evaluations, working with Regional Managers and Geographic Oversight to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  11. Respond promptly and professionally to communication with parents, students, and/or advisors regarding any on-site incident reports involving students.
  12. Serve as an on-call staff member for one week approximately once every year, providing 24/7 support.
  13. Be willing to take on new responsibilities, program locations, and projects as deemed necessary by ISA management to align with evolving enrollment.
  14. Optional domestic travel to assist in ISA recruitment and orientation efforts on US university campuses.
