This involves analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the leisure, travel & tourism sector.Manage, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to achieve sales targets.Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for the EMEA region. This requires strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to ensure the company's sales goals align with its overall vision.Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events to promote the company's products and services.Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining relationships and addressing their needs effectively. This involves collaborating with other departments to ensure the company's sales goals align with its overall vision.The Successful CandidateA degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in sales leadership within Hotel Luxury properties is essential.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills are required to analyze market trends and competitor activities. An exemplary record of achieving sales targets is necessary. Excellent team management and leadership skills are required to manage, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are necessary to represent the company at trade exhibitions and events and ensure customer satisfaction.Fluency in English and Spanish is required.What's on OfferA competitive salary package is offered.
